The staff of Dukes retreat are an asset to the hotel. Special mention for Chef Dinesh, Waiters at the restaurant Nitai, Vicky, and others whose names are not known. Housekeeping staff Sapna really did a great job with keeping the room clean and neat. Devarshree at the front office looked after our special requests. All in all our experience was very relaxing.

The weather was very pleasant, and the view from the room was awesome. The food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable and hygienic. Room service was quick, and there were many indoor and outdoor games. The swimming pool was neat and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit the property again in the future, as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The stuff we incredible! We felt so well taken cared of, probably some of the best costumer service we have experienced, a big thank to to everyone for marking us feel so welcome! The food was AMAZING we did not eat anywhere else during our stay, the street food section of their restaurant was incredibly good, I’m pretty sure we had about 50 pani puris by the end. Again thank you so much to the staff because they were truly the highlight of our trip.
