Everything. Really good breakfast with a lot of different cakes and pies. The Spa is wonderful. The room is very big and very well equipped. The terrace has amazing sea views. The staff really helpful. There is a supermarket just 3 mins away and lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. I strongly recommend this hotel to stay in Rimini.

The place was so wonderful that I didn't want to leave. Everything was very comfortable, clean, beautiful, and cozy. The spa was amazing. The room came with a full toiletries kit, including a facial sponge, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The restaurant was a gastronomic delight. We would come back again, and again. The owner was very hospitable.

Rocco and his wife are charming hosts. The accommodation is very calm, rest is guaranteed. Parking is free in front of the building. We attended a New Year's Eve dinner, Rocco prepared very delicious dishes with a lot of seafood, which we love, so we were happy about that. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are perfect! Several types of pillows ensure a restful sleep. Both the accommodation and the restaurant are fantastic, we recommend it to everyone!

I booked this as accomodation close to Imola circuit, just 30km. Location is perfect, among vineyards, with old tower nearby, close to Faenza, and only 50km from the sea. Views around are amazing. Great breakfast, host has no problem to adjust to our time. He was helpfull and welcoming.

The location and service were outstanding — the entire experience was absolutely perfect. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful: the reception team, the breakfast team, the person who helped with our luggage, the elevator and car, and the added bonus of a free parking spot right in front of the hotel.
