Really friendly welcome from the amazing staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable and modern room, exactly as in pictures. Lovely experience in the spa and a very good selection for breakfast. Staff kindly minded our luggage before and after check in so we could explore Florence. Tram and hop on/hop off tour bus directly adjacent to hotel.

Ville Sull'Arno offers accommodation in Florence, right on the banks of the river Arno. It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. It was a very beautiful place and everything about it was very warm and lovely. I really loved the canvas in the room, it made my stay special... The view was spectacular.
