By the way, the breakfast buffet is very satisfying (even without the view :). Staff is polite and efficient, receptionists and hosekeeping ladies, as well. Immaculate cleanliness. Very practical to have on-site parking (not tyipical in San Vito). Definetely would like to come back...

Staff speak English, Spanish and Italian at the 24-hour front desk. Everything was well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The entire facility is clean, luxurious, and well hidden from outside the complex (an old tomato factory). We loved the breakfast – especially thanks to the whole team and their supervisor. Free parking is available nearby, and everything Palermo has to offer is within walking distance, including the central bus station (for the airport, etc.). We would definitely book it again.

This place far exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic. Secure free parking. A huge room. A comfortable bed. Coffee and tea facilities in our room. Robes and slippers. The place has two pools - one indoor where there's a sauna and a steam room as well. The outside pool was being renovated and should be refilled soon. It was extremely good value too. We were given a voucher to take to a nearby place to get breakfast.
