We really appreciated the small things; the welcome note and chocolate, the welcome Prosecco, the attentive response of staff, help booking dinners, turn down service. We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.

The property is within 10 minutes drive to an outlet mall. The room is beautifully decorated and spacious, has a great shower, comfortable bed & lovely selection of toiletries. Located about 40min drive from Firenze.

The medieval centre is a 5-minute walk away from Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA. It was beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable. The bed was amazing! It was well located with parking available at the property.

This was our second trip to Florence, and after reading so many wonderful reviews, we chose to stay at Hotel Spadai—and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It was our daughter’s birthday, and when we asked if they could arrange for flowers to be placed in the room, they prepared a stunning bouquet that made the day even more special. We also appreciated all of their thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Thank you, Hotel Spadai team! We will definitely return to Florence!
