Felt like we were the only guests there. V peaceful. Staff attentive, pool great (and empty!), only had a few meals in but they were v nice.

So first and foremost I would like to take the time out to thank each and every staff that work there they all make me feel at home Alice in the restaurant Ellen in the office Samantha in the off Kevin the life guard and oneka the life guard a big thank you to all of you the problem I had was the dresser they give to us to put our clothes it was broken I reported it and they did not fix it. My major issue was with bookings I would advise any one who using booking to be care the price they have given was different when I went to the hotel it was almost $300 over the price that bookings gave to me so please be careful with bookings I reach out bookings and no one had response to me but again thanks to all the staff.

The entertainment team was absolutely amazing during the day & night. The Thursday NEON night was phenomenal. We got our faces painted, the dance floor and stage was decorated in neon colours, and they even had a giant robot appear!! For the restaurants, the food was delicious, and there was lots of variety. The rooms were the perfect size, temperature, & cleanliness. My teenage kids even got their own room to share (across from us) which was a HUGE bonus!! Our balcony overlooked the tennis court, but we didn't mind watching how to play Pickle Ball. The layout of the hotel was simple enough to find everything easily. The lobby was elegante and fancy, but comfortable enough to sit and hang out. We used the gym regularly every morning. The pools were clean, and had a large number of seating options. We even made use of the free water activities (snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding). For a family of 6, with 3 different generations, there was enough for everyone to be happy. Overall, everything was perfect!!

Το Zimbali Culinary Retreats βρίσκεται στο Νεγκρίλ και είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στο βουνό. The location was remote and peaceful... just what we were looking for; lush greenery of the mountains, no huge concrete structures like on the coasts but fresh clean air, beautiful wood and bamboo with great views surrounded by nature. Real Jamaican experience. Great sleep in a comfortable bed, and a warm welcome from the host. No regrets
