Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

Op onze rondreis verbleven we voor 1 nacht in dit hotel. Zeer comfortabele kamer en badkamer. Wij hadden twee eenpersoonsbedden van elk 1 meter breed. Hotel ziet er echt mooi uit. Heerlijke baden op de bovenste verdieping met uitzicht. Ontbijt is heel goed. Personeel zeer attent. Je kan in het hotel dineren of in een van de nabij gelegen restaurants. Een goed restaurant zit 2 straten verderop.

The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The room was cozy and offered a beautiful view. The dinner was delicious and beautifully presented and portions were generous. The hotel did not forget the two dishes we added when we booked the hotel. The added dishes of fried sea bream bones and the braised fish head were nicely prepared and were very good value for money. The quality of the dishes was superb. Most enjoyable and relaxing stay. I wish I had time for one more night! Must come back.

I found the location (Short walk from the train station) very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk of the property. The sauna and hot springs facility is excellent

Onn Yuda Onsen bevindt zich in Yamaguchi, op 31 km van Tokiwa Park, en biedt een tuin, rookvrije kamers, gratis WiFi en een restaurant. The hotel and room was really clean. Check in was smooth and there was also a wide range of amenities that we could use freely. The onsen was also very comfortable, we went for it every night! I particularly liked the water dispenser in the hotel lobby too!

The Centurion Hotel & Spa Classic Izumo bevindt zich in Izumo, op 6,1 km van Hamayama Park en 6,1 km van Masakigaoka Park. The rooms were spacious for myself and my adult son and young daughter. I loved that they provided pajamas - the staff were super friendly (although one of the staff members seemed to be irritated with me when I was trying to speak to him, but he later did apologize - the language barrier was perhaps frustrating for me to relay to him my proper concern and this must have frustrated him as he took my questioning as impatience on my part - he told me to "Just Wait!" in a very annoyed tone with me - I'm okay though as I realize I am not used to their ways and perhaps it is considered very rude to try to speak up when I think they are not hearing me properly. In any case, overall, the other staff members were perfect and extremely helpful to me. I would definitely stay here again!
