The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

The ryokan has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The room was cozy and offered a beautiful view. The dinner was delicious and beautifully presented and portions were generous. The hotel did not forget the two dishes we added when we booked the hotel. The added dishes of fried sea bream bones and the braised fish head were nicely prepared and were very good value for money. The quality of the dishes was superb. Most enjoyable and relaxing stay. I wish I had time for one more night! Must come back.

Very nice staff, we were able to store our suitcases before check in and after check out. The Onsen has 3 baths and one sauna with no additional cost to use. Really enjoyed staying at this very central hotel and would recommend to everyone!
