The location is superb, next to a lush green jungle and only 5 minutes from the nicest beach. Yes, it's a bit far from downtown, but we made it work even without hiring a car. The rooms are beautiful and have nice terraces. The family running it is amazing. We also had an excellent breakfast every day. Can't imagine a better place to stay!

(Note: Villa Garden's pool and large public bath are available only to Villa Garden guests.) Staff were very nice and cool. Room was very comfortable. Restaurants were fabulous. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were beyond lovely, so polite and helpful. They carried my suitcases to my room and were generally wonderful. The Japanese / Chinese restaurant on site is to die for, such delicious food. They offer a free shuttle service from the airport too, timed perfectly for flights. Everything there just felt easy, like they have you covered.

Free WiFi is available at the entire property. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm and friendly! They make our experience extra special!

Guests at the accommodation can enjoy a buffet or an Asian breakfast. Large and spacious rooms with excellent lounge area. Hotel is new and contemporary. Complimentary ice cream between 3-5pm is great. Staff are kind. Parking was available. Very close to town centre which has plenty of food options. Free bicycle hire for 2 hours which was useful and gave an alternative option for transport.

Restaurant Hanachaya serves a breakfast buffet. Lovely helpful staff! The hotel was spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Too bad the onsen was under construction when I got there. Comfy beds and great bath/shower with lots of toiletries.
