The Japanese room was incredible, with outstanding views of the mountains and a private onsen. The staff was always attentive and helpful, they make you feel like kings. There is an included bus shuttle to Odawara Station, which is very convenient; make sure to reserve it beforehand. The food is delicious, but please be aware that the Japanese menu may not appeal to everyone. If you are not into raw fish, be sure to select the Western-style menu. Also, if you have the chance, please try Tomura restaurant for dinner; it's a pleasant experience with grilled wagyu and fish - the food is delicious. Thanks again to the staff for making our Hakone stay even more remarkable. Everything went smoothly; the check-in was fast, they helped us with our luggage, and even shipped it to our next destination by our checkout time.
