The facilities of the accommodation were beyond expectations. The views were AMAZING every day with Mount Fuji directly in front of the "window" of the dome. The private onsen and sauna were one of the highlights of the stay with the management providing daily cleaning services if opted for. There was also replenishment of toiletries and drinks in the fridge, and daily breakfasts/dinners which were included in the stay.

The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. Perfect location, very clean, beautiful view, extremly good japanese restaurant. We enjoyed an absolutely perfect stay. The onsen was a nice experience. Thank you for this extraordinary experience.

I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Check in was easy and the free bike rentals along with affordable laundry were also great touches! As a bonus, the property is also stocked with several beverages and water bottles, which was a great unexpected touch’ 10/10 would recommend for anyone willing to make the journey out there!
