Fuji view right in front of us, open bath (onsen) with Fuji view again! Great staff, amazing atmosphere all around (no different from a gallery), super-friendly and helpful staff at bar as well. Their yukatas and kimono jackets were also fascinating. I mean, as I said, lots of words to describe but none of them would be enough. Just experience it yourself please.

The staff are all nice, helpful, and cheerful. Facilities are all amazing and thoughtful. The entire villa/camping unit is spacious. We especially like their bed and pillows, not soft, making us sleep like a baby. We stayed for two nights. They also changed dinner menu, which was very thoughtful and very appreciated too!

I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Drinks vending machines and luggage storage services are also available on site. The facilities are complete and clean, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. The guests can see Mt.Fuji in the hotel, the host is very very very welcoming! This is the best Japanese guesthouse I've ever stayed in.

Beauty treatments and massages are available. breakfast was good, location was so so but overall, we have a very memorable stay.

Would love to stay longer. We were given alot of things such as water, tea and even juice.

This recently renovated villa is located 7 km from Lake Kawaguchi and 26 km from Mount Fuji. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a hot spring bath, and hot tub, as well as massage services. The entire house is beautiful: it has both modern and traditional parts. It’s very cozy and perfect for a couple. We truly enjoyed our stay and the private onsen is just amazing! It’s also in front of the station, so public transport is extremely near. You can also see Fuji-san from the living room’s window on the last floor! We hope to come back one day, it was magical.
