The room looks exactly like the photos. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and, above all, genuinely welcoming. The hotel offers a convenient taxi service to and from the airport, which is a huge plus given the distance between Siem Reap and the new airport. The food at the hotel is simply delicious. As someone who has tasted a wide variety of cuisines in all kinds of places, I can confidently say that the Cambodian fried rice and fish amok are spectacular. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to both the night market and the riverside night market. While there are many dining options near the hotel, I have to say that considering the quality, price, and taste, the hotel's food and beverages are outstanding. The lobby staff have answers to every question you might have during your stay and offer excellent recommendations for everything. My only regret is not staying longer. I will definitely return!

The place here is perfect and safe. staff here here are wonderful - they were lovely and very helpful with what we asked, always trying their best especially the reception team, The rooms were clean, modern and bathroom was clean and nice for respite after exploring Ankor Wat and the surrounding area. This is the place that I will definitely be back. I love here and people in this hotel. Siem Reap is the best place for vacation

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Facilities are complete and clean. It is about 15 min car ride to Angkor Wat and 8 min tuktuk ride to downtown. There are a few complimentary that came with the room that we booked including airport pickup and transport to downtown. They have a big spread for breakfast and good quality food. The staff are really nice, soft spoken, and courteous. They always ask if you need anything or any help with anything and make sure that you are comfortable throughout your stay there.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, from the very nice welcome to the great staff who were all wonderful,every single member was a credit to the hotel. The rooms were above and beyond what I expected, the bed was the best bed i have slept in and that is the truth, the rooms are cleaned beautifully every day leaving a pleasant fragrance all day,the food was great and so was the rooftop pool.,it is without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in and I have to admit I was sad to leave,and I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know should they visit siem reap.
