The staff was simply amazing. Everybody was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. The staff organized a small Birthday surprise for me (we didn’t even tell them about my birthday). Even though there were lots of guests, we had the feeling that all staff was super attentive, anticipating any possible needs from our side. After our stay, we felt spoilt and had a hard time to adjust to „regular good service“ in other hotels. Special thanks to Mr. Nadan, Vithu and Shiva who made our stay exceptional. They went above and beyond to take great care of us. In the end we were very sad to leave these great people and we’ll make sure to come back. Of course we also enjoyed the food, the view, the swimming pool, the spa and the pool table. We loved celebrating New Year’s Eve with the Argyle team. It was the most extensive and delicious buffet we ever had. Regular breakfast and meals were also super delicious and high quality.

Wr really enjoyed our stay, the views, the service and the food is above amazing. One of the best I have ever visited.

Decided to visit the Fleming Resort, situated between Norton and Ginigathhena, in the Ranges of the Samanala Kanda (Adams Peak). We made a reservation for two rooms for our family of 5. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and each room had its own balcony to view the Norton Bridge mountain range from the balcony. The best part about this resort, the owner and his wife are super friendly and made us feel very homely. All the rooms have a mini fridge to store refreshments and also have an attached bathroom with hot and cold water showers. The bathrooms are super clean. Meals are provided on request at reasonable rates. The foods provided are very delicious and real Sri Lankan style dishes are served. The resort also provides free WiFi throughout the property, and free private parking for guests who drive in. A must go place with the family.  My ratings are as follows: Rooms: 5/5; Cleanliness 5/5, Service: 5/5; Location: 5/4. Close attractions are Aberdeen falls, Norton Bridge, Laxapana Falls.

This property is in the middle of tea estate. Food is awesome and they cook wit care and love. Very safe for solo traveller. One of my best stays. Property staff is excellent, Manu the property manager will make sure to give you direction before you arrive. He also made sure to take me for a small trek and showed the near by places. I truly felt cared and well taken care of.

So you are literally immersed in a therapeutic trance of water running, birds chirping and critters singing all day and night. The basic room is luxury in size, with a garden separating the ensuite toilet shower. The breakfast, lunch and dinner can be adjusted to your dietary requirements. There's a chemical free swimming pool that uses water from the mountains. Then there's a natural pool with water directly flowing down from the mountains. Ashley, the resort manager, has a heart of gold and he leads a team who will contort themselves to attend to your needs. The staff were just common village girls and boys, and they deliver friendly yet professional quality service, considering their humble beginnings. So tip them generously. Dilan, the massage therapist does a massage truly reflecting Sri Lanka's spirit -- relaxed, gentle and yet to the point. After the massage, you can use the wet and dry sauna. If you are keen to try Ayurvedic treatment, simply ask. It's a perfect getaway from city hustle bustle and paparazzi. A sanctuary for the soul. A place to heal your spirit.
