I came to Ifrane especially for this resort, it is my second time here. It is fancy and unique in all aspects. The service is excellent. The resort is wonderful. The only issue is that the rooms are a bit small. But in general I highly recommend staying here.

The people who work in the hotel are very good. The stay was good. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good. They also have dinner inside the hotel. You can order from there if you do not want to go to the market. Also, the hotel owner has a delivery company. You can...Requesting a car from the hotel to wherever you want to go. I highly recommend it.

The property was so nice and the staff was GREAT. I can’t put it in words how amazing all the staff memebers are, they were always so helpful anytime we needed anything, breakfast was great and we truly liked almost everything. Riads are not hotels but special moroccan housing which i highly recommend for everyone travelong to get the full moroccan experience.It’s very clean, and the location is great.

A lovely lady who pours her heart out into her business and accommodates the guests. 10 stars! The place is very special and the history of it. I will forever treasure this experience and interaction with the owner. She is extremely talented and very sweet! The business is very new therefore I with the owner prosperity and success! Thank you for everything.

Το Riad Louna Fes & Spa έχει εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα, στον προορισμό Φεζ. The Riad Louna has a great location in the medina and not far from the point where you would be dropped-off or picked-up a taxi or tour van. The staff at the riad arranged cabs and porters for our luggage, both upon arriving and leaving the riad. As a result our arrival and departure was flawless. Ms Hayat and staff were truly wonderful. They met all of our needs and requests, we being a family of 6 with 2 rooms. They served a very ample and delicious breakfast on the lovely rooftop every morning, arranged for a spa treatment within the riad, helped us with various questions about the area, and arranged shipment of items we accidentally left behind, to us in America. It was a pleasure to interact with Ms Hayat and her staff. The riad is a 3-floor riad with an atrium and within that, there is refreshingly cool dipping pool in a botanical setting. The riad was exceptionally quiet and it is removed from street activity so it was a relaxing and tranquil accommodation insulated from the hustle-and-bustle of the busy Fes world around us. I will note that there are some very nice, comfortable restaurants just a short walk away from the riad, and rather than making recommendations myself, I will let the knowledgeable staff assist you and address your specific needs. Overall, a big thumbs-up from all our family members!

Beautifully restored riad. Kind and helpful staff. The riad is tastefully furnished with the most exquisite attention to detail. Breakfasts were generous and tasty! Breathtaking views over Fes from the rooftop. Impeccably clean. The riad is a hidden gem. I am looking forward to return !
