Speaking Arabic, English, Spanish and French at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always on hand to help. The Hotel was very very nice in a very nice area although as close as we expected to the main attractions. The staff were excellent in particular Mohamed, Meryem and another slender waiter in the restaurant. I would like to know why we were not replenished with a bottle of water each per day - only the welcome drink. All in all, a wonderful stay.

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated in-house. Sightseeing tours are available close to the property. A baby safety gate is also available at the riad, while guests can also relax in the garden. The Riad is situated just a few minutes walk from the main square, so it's in a quieter area but still feels safe after dark. The staff couldn't do enough for us! They were amazing - thank you! The breakfast every morning was delicious, a perfect way to start the day. Great location to visit the main places of interest.

The staff was so nice and supportive, we really appreciated than they helped us, specially the front desk guy, he helped us with all our doubts and troubles that we got it as a tourist, we are really grateful with him
