We stayed in a triple room with balcony - it was spacious, modern, spotlessly cleaned & with all needed amenities. The complimentary water, sweets and handwritten welcome note made us feel genuinely special! The staff were professional, polite and incredibly helpful, providing a truly high standard of service 👏 Breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of variety. We also stopped for a lunch in hotel restaurant and it was just as impressive - both in taste and service. We felt exceptionally well taken care of, and without a doubt, we will be staying in Aurel again on our next visit. Huge thank you to all the employees from all departments!

Het 5-sterrenhotel Ziya ligt op 100 meter van het stadscentrum van Podgorica. Het hotel beschikt over een spacentrum met een hot tub en een sauna. Everything especially the pool and the Jaccuzi. Though the Jaccuzi had problems working it the last day of our stay.
