The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented! The owners and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The location was ideal. Easy walk to a great choice of bars and restaurants and the beach.

The tray definitely needs a lip to contain the water. 1min showers were annoying. aside from that, and also at times having no water, our stay was lovely.

Open ,clean ,comfortable and spacious . The pool was large and clean with plenty of sun beds ,the staff put on activities for those who enjoyed them. The Staff themselves were friendly ,helpful and nothing was too small or too large for them to handle and attentive without being intruding which give a great friendly comfortable atmosphere. AND for all those plane spotters out there the position of the hotel is excellent for the whole St Maarten experience.
