Most people, myself included, believe that a 4-5 night stay in Maldives is sufficient. However, there is a place where you wish your vacation could never end. We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, and had an incredible experience. This place offers something for everyone, no matter their age. There was never a dull moment! Whether you're 5 or 95, there's always something happening around every corner. From mini music concerts to theatrical plays, this place has it all. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could want. The staff was fantastic, always offering suggestions and making sure we were having a great time. The food was delicious and the options unlimited. But what really made our trip special was the entertainment provided by Abracadabra Entertainment. The group, comprised of Diogo, Thiago, Tamara and Bruna, put on a series of fantastic performances throughout our stay. They were all excellent dancers and had a special way of engaging with their audience, which really added to the overall atmosphere of the resort. Their costumes were impressive and the kids entertainment activities they put together were so much fun. Most importantly, these four guys, not only they create magic in whatever they do, but they touch people’s souls. They create memories that the guests can carry for years to come. I would highly recommend the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives and Abracadabra Entertainment to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation in the Maldives.

Everything was so beautiful and the staff would bend over backwards to make everything perfect for your stay. No member of staff goes back without a cheerful good morning and are always looking to help you if necessary. The water villas were absolutely stunning and despite a bit of bad weather during our stay, we were far enough away from the beach to have excellent snorkelling sessions with perfect visibility. The food was pretty average but a good selection and if you’re staying with an all inclusive package the selection of cocktails is pretty good compared to other resorts in the Maldives. They are also very quick to deliver drinks to the water villas despite being quite far away (this obviously come at an additional charge despite being with the all inclusive package).

A Perfect Honeymoon Getaway We had a wonderful honeymoon from start to finish. After a smooth transfer, we were welcomed with early check-in to our stunning private pool villa facing the sunrise—a dreamy start! The buffet was varied and tasty, the cocktails were excellent, and we enjoyed the à la carte restaurants. The Italian restaurant was a standout, thanks to Dilan, who treated us with kindness and a smile we’ll always remember. We loved the romantic beach dinner, water sports, and fun excursions—though the snorkeling could have been a bit longer and more vibrant. Before departure, we were offered a courtesy room to shower, e was a kind gesture, even if the room felt far below the hotel’s standard. Aside from one unpleasant staff member at the souvenir shop, everything else was fantastic. Highly recommended—we’d happily return!

This was our 3rd return to Bandos Resort. The perfect location, the excellent house reef and the hospitality of the staff are the reasons we keep returning. This resort is excellently managed and it shows in every aspects. I would specially highlight the Sea Breeze staff and the Pool Bar staff as excellent professionals. Special applause to Aditye and Surej at the pool bar! Also I was really impressed how the wifi quality improved since our last visit. Now you could even watch movies online. Our accomodation was the Beach Villa. Good news to future travellers, that now all Beach Villas are finished with reconstruction, the quality, freshness of design is superb. The bed was extremely comfortable, I would rate it as the best ever I have experienced in a hotel. I had zero problem with my neck herniation during the whole stay of 10 days. View to ocean also got significantly better from these Villas, as renovation also included gardening renewal.

Situated a few steps from Gulhi, Ayala Oceanview Maldives offers 4-star accommodation in Gulhi and has a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace.

Costs each penny I spent here. Took half board, all was great: meat to choose, side dishes, drinks, pastry. A few but satisfying to me. Stuff was helpful, beach just a minute away.

This was my first trip to the Maldives, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were the most caring and welcoming I’ve ever encountered — from the very beginning, you can feel their genuine warmth and hospitality. The room was extremely comfortable with a breathtaking ocean view from a spacious balcony. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers available at any time. The food was top-notch — the Mongolian beef and shrimp dishes were especially memorable. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. We were greeted at the airport and taken by speedboat directly to the island. On the day of our departure, everything was arranged just as smoothly. The person who met us at the airport gave us a helpful orientation, showing us where to get a local SIM card and exchange currency — it made our arrival stress-free. This has been an unforgettable experience, and we truly hope to return again soon!
