All of the staff went out of their way to welcome us, answer all questions and assist us in any way possible. Breakfast in the atrium/inner courtyard was delightful and delicious and the waiters used the translator apps on their phones if any language challenges arose. The manager was always available for anything and everything! We had a magnificent room with a balcony, high ceilings and a sumptuous tub which was made clean and fresh every day by our pleasant, hard working maid. Taxis were arranged for us at anytime and were very inexpensive. As the owner of an Irish American Tour company, I highly recommend visiting this UNESCO World Heritage city and staying at this boutique hotel in the middle of the Historical Centro.
