Beautiful backyard garden with seating area. Theresa is a wonderful helpful host with the best little dog Booking that greets you!! I love that she has maps available, free water, book exchange. There’s a little shared kitchen with coffee tea fridge sink toaster microwave kettle and you could buy beers or sodas if you like on an honour system. Room is clean comfortable and spacious. We booked a family studio which had a king bed and full size fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Next time we’d likely just get a room and use the shared kitchen as we didn’t cook much.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, nestled right in the jungle, and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. There’s a great variety of restaurants with delicious food, and every member of the team is incredibly attentive, ensuring that you have the most enjoyable experience possible. The only sad part was that we had to leave after just two nights. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Afhankelijk van het aantal nachten dat je verblijft kan je ook bij een specialiteiten restaurant (mexicaans, mediteranea, fish). Er zijn 2 zwembaden, 1 naast het strand en 1 voor adults, beiden met ligbedden en parasols, waar ook bars zijn met bediening. Er zijn de gehele dag activiteiten. Er zit een goede duikschool bij met boten naar mooie duiksites in de buurt.

Allegro Cozumel All-Inclusive is located on Cozumel Island’s San Francisco Beach, off Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It offers a hot tub, sauna and outdoor pools, one with waterslides. We like the fact that there was a show to go see. "Arby" was very entertaining and professional and the showtime events were great. We like it , because we did not want to go to town as most of the places are geared towards drinking alcohal. We don't drink. The entire sport directors of events and sporting games was really fun. The gardeners were very skilled and courteous to guest. The grounds were really well maintained. ALL the STAFF was excellent and friendly as well as willing to help. Our housekeeper was the BEST. She was always patient. We made sure we tipped well with most of the staff we encountered.

Cozumel is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. This impressive all-inclusive resort, surrounded by tropical gardens with comfortable rooms and spectacular pools, also has excellent... We went to the Melià Cozumel to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it couldn't be a better choice. At the check-in we upgraded to "The Level" and this gave us an incredible boost in enjoying our stay. We recommend the dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, that was the peak of the weekend. All the staff is great, the quality of the food over any standards and the service is impeccable. We'll be back for sure. Thank you very much!
