The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨

The mecca of home away stays from home, very comfortable, amazing staff, and the coolest monkeys, fantastic food options. We loved it and we are planning to come back! This was the first time we visited Xcaret and it was such an amazing experience we can't wait to experience more of it!! Special thanks to Nemesio, Fanny and George for taking good care of us, and for Fernando keeping us safe and comfortable at night ❤️❤️🙏🫡

Great location near all Playa had to offer, short walk to cafes, restaurants, beach. Nice neighborhood. Great facilities and very comfortable. Underground parking was very useful.

Could not recommend this place enough for a truly one of a kind experience. The grounds of the hotel are magnificent with stunning waters and amenities. The best thing about the hacienda is the little touches, water and coffee left all around the property as well as towels and even suncream. Paddle boards and kayaks available for anyone to use. Breakfast is fantastic and cooked fresh to order. Lunch and dinner fantastic also, the chefs cook excellent food. Gonzalo, the activities coordinator deserves a separate review entirely so we can fit all the positives in. His cave and bike tours are a must do for any guests staying, he is so enthusiastic and passionate about the area which made the activities even more enjoyable. Side note: some reviews complain about cost of taxis which is correct for the entire area, hence why myself and my husband chose to make use of the collectivos which are the local buses which run consistently from directly outside the property straight to tulum and to playa del carmen. They cost only 25 pesos for a journey per person and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for one to pass by.

We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

The hotel looked exactly like the photos and didn’t disappoint. The room was stunning and we loved the pool and all the facilities. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were polite, pleasant and very helpful/charming. I really liked that reception would message on WhatsApp and could action any requests you had without having to leave the room. Fer and Jay were both really helpful and assisted us with our requests plus booking taxis etc

The property is stunning, the breakfast is delicious, beds are comfortable, air con in the rooms. The staff are so kind and helpful. We visited as many part of my birthday trip and they made it so special. The pool is beautiful and beach access just across the road. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!
