Staff constantly in touch to ensure our comfort through the stay. I applaud the exceptional services and location was great! Room and bathroom were well lit and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very generous with mineral water and soft drinks. Overall, I was impressed by the staff and the property. It was a good value place to stay.

Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

Activities can be arranged at the tour desk on site. We had an amazing view on the sunset from our room ! We came for our honeymoon and the staff prepared some details in our room~ The swimming pool was nice to relax after walking outside. Also the hotel is located just in front of the night market which is very convenient. The staff was adorable and comprehensive of our schedule. Lastly the breakfast was AMAZING one of the biggest choice I have seen.

Special mention to chef Oliver, Connie, Jumiati and the rest of the staff in Café Tatu; Norman and the staff in the Horizon Lounge (top, top breakfast). It seems a little unfair to pick those out as every single staff member we encountered was exemplary at every level but we had the most interaction with them. Very well done to everyone. We will definitely be back!!
