I had originally planned to stay at Aarya Hotel & Spa in Kathmandu for four nights, but I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay for three more nights! From the food to the location to the amazing staff — everything was absolutely top-notch. The entire team made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained, and offers a wonderful sense of comfort and warmth. I truly felt happy and at home during my stay. Absolutely divine hotel amongst the dust and chaos of Kathmandu. We have stayed here twice and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Always clean, professional, safe, comfortable, and filling (breakfast buffet). We stayed here as a family and really appreciated Sachin's warm character at breakfast. He is the epitome of customer service and charm. They will store luggage for you while you trek, too! Heater in the room works a charm, beds are fluffy and clean, elevator if you're on a higher floor, beautiful rooftop terrace for meals, very clean rooms, and very hot water. Perfect!

Our stay was amazing at Thrive. We enjoyed a lot our Ayuverdic massage, the girls at the spa were great. Also the staff was very friendly, always taking care of our requests. Even when we were preparing to leave with a cab, one of the staff members approached us to help to talk with the driver and to open the gate for him so we can comfortably load the car with luggage. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Kathmandu! Also to mention that the hotel is centrally located so we were at walking distance for almost everything in the city! And not to mention the breakfast which offers a great variety of food, it changes daily.

I liked the amazing views towards mountains. I loved the huge windows in the room as I could see the mounting scenery straight from the bed. I loved the dinner buffet and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel was in a great place. The staff was very kind and helpful. Their English was really good and they were able to help you with anything. The 15 min massage was great and relaxing. They also offered to store our luggage there for the rest of our trip in Nepal. I really recommend this place.
