They are all exemplary members of the team. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of Thamel, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Kathmandu. A major highlight was the magnificent heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi on the rooftop, offering stunning, breathtaking views. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Furthermore, the entire property is impeccably clean and polished. The rooms are large and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Conveniently set in the Thamel district, this hotel provides a terrace, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, an ATM and currency exchange for guests. Shuvatara Suites and Spa exceeds all expectations. First of all, they organized a transfer from the airport (included in the price) and an early check-in which was a blessing after 8 hours of flying and early morning arrival. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works perfectly, great shower with hot water, nice and soft bedding, plenty of lighting scenarios. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and there are many options for eggs and beverages. The staff were super kind and helpful, always there to answer questions and guide the guests through hotel services. Unfortunately I could not enjoy the spa being very tired, but sauna & jacuzzi available free of charge are definitely a treat. The restaurant and rooms have a breathtaking views as well. The area around the hotel is well-maintained and pretty. I easily found a yoga studio, coworking space, coffee and food spots within 5 minutes walk. So if you are jet lagged like I am, you’ll easily be able to stay within a short radius and not get yourself too tired. I totally recommend to stay here!

Exceptional staff, always willing to go out of their way to accommodate and help us. Very clean and comfortable facilities. Outstanding value.

The most chaotic portion of the city (nightlife and such) is within minutes of walking but you can walk in the opposite direction to connect to much more family friendly options like the huge street markets, temples, etc. It truly is a perfect location. There are tons of amazing restaurants within minutes walking too! Nearly right across the street there is a travel agency owned by Sunil Tamang. He will handle everything for your adventures and not be pushy. I strongly recommend him. The breakfast and staff were amazing at the hotel! The owner was very available and made sure we were happy! I even got a private tour of the property as they were doing upgrades. I very much recommend the hotel for all aspects: Location, hospitality, food, etc...

Additionally, the hotel assisted us in organizing trips, tickets, and taxis at preferential rates, including private drivers, tourist guides, and mountain flights. Everything i can go short on words from the cleanliness to hospitality they are the best from the time i checked in they made sure to take care of me like a family member the rooms are super clean and the staff is extremely friendly and polite it is by far the bestest hotel i have ever visited in my life special thanks to SHRISHNA, ARPAN, SMITA, RUKESH, KIRAN for going out of the way and taking care of me and not to forget at all mr sagar for showing me the city around he knows alot about kathmandu and he is extremely well behaved and polite i wouldnt have been able to see the city the way he showed me and answered all my questions I am highly impressed by the hospitality and the way kantipur village has now become like my home
