Το Kathmandu Business Hotel βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του προορισμού Κατμαντού. I got sick (not at the hotel) after I checked out but I had left my luggage at the hotel, so I went back and the staff was very perceptive of my quandary and helped a lot. The staff at the restaurant gave me bananas even though it was not ripe yet, because I had needed the bananas badly (to restore my potassium etc as advised by the doctor), without me having to leave the restaurant. Also Sonee at the reception helped me every step of the way to be well enough to resume travel by giving me headache medicine that I needed, she also gave me water and provided me with a place I can rest and charge my phone while waiting for my airport taxi ride that she had also kindly arranged for me at no extra charge and all these even though I was already checked out. I am so grateful to the kind staff at the hotel's reception and restaurant!

Friendly staff , extremely helpful and informative! Even the owner was willing to help us with an issue we had with the car we had booked separately. The staff was extremely understanding and flexible.

The hotel itself was perfect 😍 I loved it! I have different experiences in Kathmandu but this one is the best! Located in perfect area, real jungles in the city. Not far from the city center but located in hidden quiet place.

Aikawa is definitely a warm harbor in Sauraha, not only because of its outstanding facility and comfortable room, also the dedicated team who constantly offer high quality services. Staff at reception, restaurant, bar and travel desk, from managers to juniors, can always meet my requests in a professional manner. Sometimes even before I saying they already knew what I need. They tailored me a two-day tour including multiple activities in a reasonable price, along with seamless transportation. Food in the restaurant is also out of expectation, you can find plenty of options that cater for international guests. I didn't have a single meal outside during my stay. The hospitablity starts even before you arriving in Chitwan and will end till you leave the city. I'll surely recommend this place to everyone cominv to Chitwan.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chino, Pokhara. The view from the room and balcony was absolutely lovely, with the lake and mountains creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were truly wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it a perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pokhara!
