At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a spa centre. The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire and car hire are available at Atisha Hotel. Location was great. Close to the Bouda Stupa and in an area that is less touristy.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. I got sick (not at the hotel) after I checked out but I had left my luggage at the hotel, so I went back and the staff was very perceptive of my quandary and helped a lot. The staff at the restaurant gave me bananas even though it was not ripe yet, because I had needed the bananas badly (to restore my potassium etc as advised by the doctor), without me having to leave the restaurant. Also Sonee at the reception helped me every step of the way to be well enough to resume travel by giving me headache medicine that I needed, she also gave me water and provided me with a place I can rest and charge my phone while waiting for my airport taxi ride that she had also kindly arranged for me at no extra charge and all these even though I was already checked out. I am so grateful to the kind staff at the hotel's reception and restaurant!

Friendly staff , extremely helpful and informative! Even the owner was willing to help us with an issue we had with the car we had booked separately. Aikawa is definitely a warm harbor in Sauraha, not only because of its outstanding facility and comfortable room, also the dedicated team who constantly offer high quality services. Staff at reception, restaurant, bar and travel desk, from managers to juniors, can always meet my requests in a professional manner. Sometimes even before I saying they already knew what I need. They tailored me a two-day tour including multiple activities in a reasonable price, along with seamless transportation. Food in the restaurant is also out of expectation, you can find plenty of options that cater for international guests. I didn't have a single meal outside during my stay. The hospitablity starts even before you arriving in Chitwan and will end till you leave the city. I'll surely recommend this place to everyone cominv to Chitwan.

The view from the room and balcony was absolutely lovely, with the lake and mountains creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were truly wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it a perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pokhara!
