At the hotel, each room has a desk, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. All guest rooms feature a wardrobe. The staff were amazing, facility was clean and modern, the food at dinner and breakfast was outstanding.

The location is about 5-10 minute drive from down town but that meant it was a great location away from the noise and hustle and bustle. The included breakfast was also top notched and not just your boring continental breakfast. You chose from crepes, chicharronnes, sandwiches, and omelets. The front desk personnel were amazing and helped us get taxies. Lastly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The rooms had hot and warm water pressure, we'd totally go there again if we were staying in Arequipa.

Free WiFi is available in public areas. Antonio is a very good host who gave us plenty of recommendations in Arequipa. Rooms are big and clean! The colonial house is a beautiful and quiet place!
