The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely special so close to the inca ruins and living in a part of history is really extraordinary. Exceptional breakfast with fresh fruits - try the bananas and avocados if you can, you wont regret it. This is a place that is a bit off the beaten path and as such for people looking to get away from the busy life and enjoy the quiet and beautiful views over cusco will love this. I was unfortunate to get ill before coming to cusco / completely unrelated to my stay but the staff was so helpful in allowing us to extend for a few days and helping me to eat in the room when I was not feeling well. Just want to say thank you again for this helpful service and supportive manner!

The gym is also excellent. The team were all very good but a special mention to Andres, Luis, Wally and Diana who took great care of us and delivered exceptional personalised service. I had a treatment at the Spa with Yesica who was also fantastic .
