The best thing is the lovely staff. They are all gorgeus and very kind. Especially Ms Liza in the reception is so helpfull. She arranged our island hopping tour and airport transfer reservations and all was very good and punctual. She gave us lovely souveniers from the hotel and everyday she gave clean beach towels. Breakfast in terrace was also very delicious served by nice and kind staff. Relaxing in terrace bar at night was also so good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you all for your hospitality.

The beach and pool are outstanding. The Crimson Resort Boracay is definitely the place to stay when looking for a great time at a more relaxing part of the island with a private beach that offers comfortable sun beds, amazing service, drinks and food. Upon arrival in Caticlan Airport, we were immediately greeted and welcomed by the Crimson team who tagged our luggage and took it from us to be loaded to a designated Crimson van. Here you can already feel the luxury promise of the Crimson Resort Boracay. We were transfered to a modern and spacious welcome center where the friendly team offered us cold towels, snacks and drinks. They anticipated our needs at the welcome center by offering us to pre book our lunch and spa appointments so they can prepare it exactly to our needs for our arrival at the resort. While checking in we received a pleasant surprise as they have upgraded our rooms unexpectedly which we are very thankful for. We absolutely appreciate their gesture and we were super happy about how they exceeded our expectations. All the ladies and gentlemen at the reception were always warm, friendly and happy to help. Every morning, the team reserved our favorite table for breakfast and without asking. Renz prepared us sliced mangoes and grilled ensaymada and took care of us during our entire stay which we loved and appreciated. Bee-Jay from Azure restaurant made sure we always had fresh towels at the sun lounge and provided us ice cold water throughout our stay at the beach. His service was beyond amazing. Francine, Nico and Zion were regularly checking on us if we needed anything which made us feel very at home and comfortable. They also met us before we left to say good bye which was a very nice touch. Vichy who made sure our departure was smooth and drove us himself to the airport is an amazing example of genuine care.

The friendly staff at The District Boracay can assist guests with luggage storage and help to arrange for massage services on site. Meeting and banqueting facilities are also available for guests’ convenience. The property houses a luxury Upperhouse Spa open for in-house and walk-in guests. The District is perfectly situated in the center of all of the action in Boracay and is directly on the beach. The staff were among the best I have encountered in any hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

A la carte breakfast meals can also be ordered any time of the day. An amazing experience! The staff is more than professional and really nice (especially Logne)! The room had been cleaned every day and the restaurant has very delicious meals! The bar at the front is just a perfect view and on a one step to the crystal clear water! We will coma back for sure!!!

Villas feature circular high ceilings and polished wooden floors. Each comes with an iPod dock, flat-screen TV and CD player. A private terrace provides the ideal place for in-room massage treatments. serene and perfect for people looking for a more relaxing, spa like, cozy and quiet atmosphere massages were out of the world. more expensive than ones in the city at local shops but totally worth it if you like those kinds of experiences.

Buffets and themed meals at the elegant Sands Restaurant come with beautiful ocean views. Best accompanied by a glass of wine, seafood dinners can be enjoyed at Indigo Restaurant. Flavourful Mediterranean bites and Spanish tapas are available at Platitos and the Pool Bar. Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!
