Packed lunches are also available. The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. The 24 hrs access to the hot spring pools was fantastic. We had the pools to ourselves after 5 pm. We ate sushi one night and it was delicious. Parking was easy and convenient. They allowed us to keep our entrance to gardens and hot spring after check out and even gave us a new robe and towels.

Exceptionally high quality antique and modern furniture, carpets, bedding,robes , outdoor furniture etc... and entire place decoration! It feels chic and classy but at the same time gives a very warm and comfortable feeling. I don't have enough words to express how beautiful and taken care by the staff I had felt as well- they hospitality training is well above 5 stars hotels !!! Breakfast was to die for ! ....I feel I could go on and on talking about this beautiful place! A must to visit if one wants to feel pampered 🤩😍🥰🙏

Very clean bathroom. The staff was super nice and helpful, we received a lot of useful information and good suggestions.

We chose this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. The welcome was so warm, the place is beautiful, and the rooms are big and very clean.The jacuzzi and pool offer a stunning view of the golf course and mountains. Breakfast was good, served in a charming basket at our preferred time. We had a wonderful experience and only wished we could’ve stayed longer

NINE DOTS Azorean Art Boutique Hotel offers 4-star accommodation with a spa centre. Guests at the accommodation will be able to enjoy activities in and around Ponta Delgada, like hiking. Very centrally located hotel, lots of restaurant nearby. Like lots of city hotels the rooms are compact but very well appointed. All the staff were very helpful, especially Miguel on reception. Who gave us some great advice on where to eat. Our transfer driver from the airport was great too.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. We lived in a ground floor apartment for eight nights and had a great time. The apartment has the amenities needed to make food and is generally nice and practical. The gym is decent and the jacuzzi is amazing. The apartment is located in a quiet area. If we come back to Sao Miguel we will definitely come back to this place. Parking is easy with private spots. The staff was great as well.
