There was a misunderstanding regarding our room type upon check-in but the staff handled it well and sorted it out for us. Our (final) room was spacious with a view of the pool as stated in our booking. They also helped my husband organize a surprise birthday morning greeting with flowers and also a nice family dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The facilities were great and the food was fantastic too. Thank you for a memorable stay at Alcochete!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good! We loved the decor and the little details in every corner of the hotel!
