Highlight was Robert who is an amazing host, super kind, friendly and gave us suggestions for places to see. Would highly recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Truly exceeded my expectations - spacious room, very kind and helpful stuff, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food were just amazing. Option to stay in the spa after checking out is very nice and makes the whole experience unforgettable. I wish prosperity to the hotel and to each person who works there.

There are three indoor pools in the hotel with thermal water with the temperature of 36°c, aperitif bar, club facilities and an information point, where guests have the access to the internet. Wellness center Balnea near the Kristal Hotel offers a comprehensive palette of wellness services as well as facial and body care services which are carried out in the center's 9200 m2 surface area. The front desk staff are THE BEST! They helped me with a million questions, were so kind and welcoming every time I stopped by, and we're just overall some of the best, most welcoming hotel staff I've ever interacted with! The hotel itself has lovely old charm and is ornate and gorgeous, but the rooms are still modern and updated. I was in a room by the elevator but didn't even notice the noise. I had a delightful view onto the courtyard. The spa and wellness area is fantastic with many different options, both for pools and for services. I was able to book 2 services at the last minute, and they were lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A great buffet with a variety of selections. I was just sad I'm not very hungry in the mornings so I couldn't eat more.

It's is in a fantastic location. It was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The photos online do t do it justice....it is remarkable!!!! Very spacious, and the host was lovely to deal with. I highly recommend staying here.

Private hot shower. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Nice location for swimming, chilling, or hiking. Equipment for river sports can be rented. Other facilities are available at the campsite.
