From start to leaving it was a pleasurable experience, check in very easy and helpful, rooms very clean and spacious with a huge tv, free push bike hire nice touch, breakfast a delight and some much choice with brilliant staff who couldn’t do enough for you, all round well worth the stay would definitely visit again. Well done Vela we will be keeping an eye out for your brand in other destinations.

The location is good, to the south of the town, but beware, the directions supplied by Booking.com are inaccurate and about 2 kms out ! Good size room, with a nice view of the Mekong. Excellent and helpful staff in every area. Decent breakfast. Well worth visiting this hotel.

Location is excellent and the river view is fantastic. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating in every respect. The refrigerator in our room didn't work and was replaced immediately, The free bicycles were an unexpected bonus.

The deluxe double room was very spacious and nicely furnished. The bed was within top 10 % of all places we've ever stayed in Thailand. Parking was plentiful, and the attendant helpful. Given that breakfast for two was included in the price of the room, the whole package was excellent value for money.

good bed, shower and wifi is what is needed for a night overstay riding bigbike.... this was all very good. extra was the breakfast included and good selection offering. the pool at roof and massage complete it all.
