It was my 1st time staying in Cha am / Hua Hin with my wife, Mum & sister. The facilities were superb, the room we booked but we were given an upgraded suite & it was exceptional, the staff at baba beach club couldnt do more for us, the staff really make this resort what it is, the level of training they have been given by the company is just incredible & I have to say. .credit is due to all the staff & senior management of Sri Pawan for exceeding our expectations at baba beach club

The apartment was pretty spacious and well-equipped, there even was an ability to separate the bedroom area from the kitchen / sofa area by a glass screen. We enjoyed the gym (it's not the best equipped gym in the world, but has a nice atmosphere) and the common area. Also, there is a nice cafe on the beach nearby, as well as a couple of fancy restaurants in the neighbouring hotels. But I'd really like to highlight that the host was great, since he was ready to help us with our request (sending a thing we left at the apartment via post) even after we checked out. He was responsive and polite during our stay as well.

The staff is very fast, friendly, and helpful. We experience this from the check in process until check out. They even paid attention to our request before arrival. The room is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is also excellent, offering long sets of selection from western, Thai, Asian. They also have a kid's corner for breakfast which delighted our three sons. The pools are also great, both for kids and adults. There are many seating places so we will not compete with other guests. The location is front beach just a minute walk from our room. The prices of the room are also reasonable. This was our second visit. Surely, there will be a third and so on.
