All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. The staff are professional and exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The location is excellent for exploring the city and it is not far from the airport either. Overall, a very positive experience. The staff went above and beyond, the type of support you don’t always have anywhere else’s.
