The guest relation department was increadibly helpful and organised wonderful birthday surprise for my son! The location of the hotel was excellent with short walk to the amusement park and shopping area. The food overexceeded our expectations! We all made our magical memories!

The atmosphere, the place vibes, Kids club ( it's another Level), the stuff all over the hotel and everything.. Best hotel at Belek.. Firstly the staff were all lovely and friendly, we had to book just one night due to an error with our previous hotel, and the process was really smooth to check in; the cafe/restaurant also has delicious cakes and their Turkish breakfast is great quality, would definitely book here if staying in Side again! Wish we had booked here for the whole holiday!
