The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well soundproofed—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The location is ideal, with easy access to the MRT and major Taipei attractions. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options. Overall, it was a high-quality Hilton experience with the unique charm and character of the Tapestry Collection.

Not my first stay at the Grand Hyatt, it is always a pleasant place to return to. Room, restaurants, facilities are all of a high standard, and so is the staff. Always friendly and ready to help you out. And the location next to the "101" is of course great for shops and restaurants.

A free business centre is available for guest whom reserve business room and executive room, while laundry and ironing services are provided at a surcharge. I like everything from this hotel.
