The cashless and tip less approach is terrific, and somehow results in even friendlier and more attentive service. The details in the room from the wine, to the spa product samples, and the personalised candle elevate the experience. The rooms are stunning and luxurious. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has no shortage of activities and areas to explore. All good from the breakfast to poolside to dinner is fresh, hearty, and delicious. This is one of my favourite hotels and I’m already planning my next visit. A new go-to for a wholesome escape.

The Westlake Village Inn is a place of iconic beauty and a landmark that has been 50 years in the making. the property took me back to Italy, was so nice to feel that I wasn’t in California at all. I would definitely comeback

The bed was fabulous. Best sleep of my travels. The fire in the room was lovely. There were nuts and dried fruits waiting on our arrival. The restaurant overlooking the water was superb. The free cookies were amazing.

The best part of this property is their staff, from the managers to the valet, special shoutout to Sandrine and Nicole who are the most amazing managers. They have been super sweet and helpful. We had a minor issue with our room, they took our issue very seriously and immediately supported us. They offered us complementary breakfast to make up for it. Then when we came back to Sunset Marquis for the second time again, and they gave us a huge upgrade. Lovely people, feels like our home in LA! The property itself is gorgeous, spacious rooms, it is in an amazing location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can end up running into celebrities as well as it is a very popular hotel amongst locals as well.

Nestled on a palm-lined residential boulevard in the heart of Beverly Hills, L'Ermitage Beverly Hills is a luxurious, independent five-star hotel. The room was super spacious and felt really luxurious, with a big walk-in closet that was super handy. It was always cleaned really well, and they had everything you could possibly need during your stay, down to the little details. It made the whole experience really comfortable.
