Attentive and kind staffs, great servive and hospitality, the room is spacious and clean equipped with spacoous balcony, facilities are great, and plenty of fun activities. Food are great and they have plenty of options, we don't like seafood and they accomodate to our request!

Really appreciated all the flat space to put your clothes and other stuff. Staff made enjoying every day so easy with help in arranging activities, rides and transit.

يتميز مكان إقامة "Majesty Luxury Prime Cruise by Premier Group" بسبا ومركز عافية ويقع في ها لونغ في Quang Ninh على بُعد 1.9 كم من شاطئ توان تشاو و2.1 كم من توان تشاو هاربور. Overall, we are very satisfied with our 3 days / 2 nights cruise. All areas of the ship, including the speedboat taking you to and from it, is in spotless condition. Everything is well maintained and kept to a high standard. All members of the staff are exceptionally nice and always greet you with a smile so that you feel very welcome. Everything from the Hanoi-transfer and check-in process to excursions and activities are well organized and clearly communicated. Lunch and dinner was served as four course meals and of good standard. Not a culinary sensation, but it tasted good and was what you could expect. The breakfast was served as a buffet (and the opportunity to have eggs etc. prepared by the chef) and had the same standard. Worth mentioning is that all the food was fresh and properly cooked. To sum it up, we highly recommend this cruise and would love to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Windy Homestay! The host is a nice and funny person, always with a smile on his face and very thoughtful ☺️ The homestay is lovely and full of colorful plants 🌸 We have breakfast every morning and you can also rent a motorbike in the same place on a very good price 😁 We definitely are coming back ❤️

Very luxurious cruise at Halong Bay, unforgettable landscape experience, suberb and plenty modern european and vietnamese food, fantastic and caring service, for example organizing the whole timetable for 2D1N and our drop-off in Hanoi with a luxurious limousine afterwards. On the ship DUYEN (ANITA) took care of us at all the mealtimes with heart-warming and detailed conversations, felt like home! Thank you so much Grand Pioneers team and Duyen, we'll never forget this!
