We were in the club level room - we came in extremely tired from a full day of travel including delayed flights and the staff there did the check-in process so seamlessly. During our stay it was Tet and the hotel had even arranged for guests to be able to see Tet fireworks throughout the city from the roof / terrace of the hotel. The hotel is centrally located and quite near to District 1 and to other restaurants in the area but just far enough that you’re not up all night listening to traffic. It’s both central yet secluded - we can’t wait to go back and visit them again.

It definitely feels like a 5 star hotel, it was way superior to other 5 star hotels I’ve been to in Vietnam, not sure why it’s rated at 4 stars. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Opera house ans other main tourist attractions.
