A special thanks to Dang, Duy and Lis, who were always helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Also, the buggy driver was fantastic — he even took amazing photos during the sunset tour! The hotel offers so many great extras, including free buggy service, free cable car tickets, and even a photo session. Breakfast was very good as well, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, this place is absolutely worth every cent. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of, and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
