Rooms bungalow are clean and very quiet, when we woke up in the morning. we heard the natural sounds of the mountains staff is supportive. Dzung is superlative! shhe supported us in everything. Let us find the scooter, booked travel to hà nội for us, allowed us use swimming pool and having a shower after check out while waiting for the bus. We couldn't ask for a better host!

Very good and quiet location located near the river. Rooms were clean and spacious with a huge bed. The river and mountain view from the room was delightful! The front desk was extremely helpful, they provided free bikes to ride, helped with giving us tips for things to visit in the area, helped with laundry and booking bus tickets. There is a restaurant on location with reasonable prices and good food. We especially loved the Bun Cha and the Cocoa banana smoothies. We were there during New Year and they organized a small party for us with dinner, games, cake and fireworks at the end. They really made an effort to make the night feel special!

The accommodation offers a spa centre. Guests at Tam Coc Sunshine Homestay will be able to enjoy activities in and around Ninh Binh, like cycling. This place is amazing, in the middle of the rice fields. it's located at a 5 minutes walk from the center of Tam Coc so you don't get all the noise and agitation. We also rented scooters directly with them for 120k/day and they arranged laundry quickly. The breakfast was great, between pancakes, omelets, coffee, juices,.. we were always full The staff was always friendly and helpful to tell us what to go see, how to go around,... We had a train at 7.45pm and they let us keep our room and use the pool until them. They also provided a taxi to Ninh Binh's train station for cheap 100k. Overall it was a great experience, we highly recommend it.
