The service was so good - there is one person who speaks good English and takes care of all your needs and questions. It's unbelievable, I don't know how he does it - he always showed up exactly when and where we needed him. The place itself is beautiful, instantly gets you into a calm mood.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Our room on the third floor was spacious and comfortable. There were bikes provided we used for getting into town which was a nice touch. We were only in Ninh Binh for a short time and Thor was super helpful in organizing our schedule to ensure we saw everything we wanted to see-thank you Thor! Breakfast was delicious too - recommend the Chicken Pho!

Very good and quiet location located near the river. Rooms were clean and spacious with a huge bed. The river and mountain view from the room was delightful! The front desk was extremely helpful, they provided free bikes to ride, helped with giving us tips for things to visit in the area, helped with laundry and booking bus tickets. There is a restaurant on location with reasonable prices and good food. We especially loved the Bun Cha and the Cocoa banana smoothies. We were there during New Year and they organized a small party for us with dinner, games, cake and fireworks at the end. They really made an effort to make the night feel special!

The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and car hire is available at Trang An Lamia Bungalow. Property was in a nice, quiet and peace full area. Away from a lot of noise and has great limestone mountain views to wake up to in the mornings. The staff are really friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is one to remember.

The best service in the whole of our 4 week Vietnam trip. We wanted to stay longer but understandably they were fully booked. The place is scenic and everything is in decent biking distance. The city is 5 min walk away.I would give 10 * if I could.

Guests staying at the homestay can relax in the garden or spa and wellness centre on-site. For guests with children, the homestay features a baby safety gate and a children's playground. If you would like to discover the area, cycling, fishing and hiking are possible in the surroundings and Tam Coc Friendly Homestay can arrange a bicycle rental service. The property was clean and as on the pictures. It lies centrally in tam coc, right next to lovely restaurants, cafes and spas. The pool is pretty but it was a bit too cold during our stay to enjoy it. A number of attractions are also reachable by foot or bike. The host is lovely and so helpful! We got a map of all the interesting spots nearby and it was super easy to rent a bike too (motorbike also available) The laundry service was fast and the breakfast tasty as well! There was AC and heat in the unit. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The accommodation offers a spa centre. Guests at Tam Coc Sunshine Homestay will be able to enjoy activities in and around Ninh Binh, like cycling. Best stay during our 2 1/2 week vacation in Vietnam. The family is very friendly and helpful, they provided information on what to visit, bicycles, scooters, laundry service and served us breakfast (really tasty BTW) earlier than normal when we had to leave for Ha Long Bay. They also helped with booking transportation from Hanoi and to Ha Long Bay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is great because it’s off the beaten path but within walking distance from the center.
