Arranged air port pickup for us, and had turned on our aircondition in advance so we arrived to a lovely cold room. Great value for money.

This is one of the most genuine recommendations I have made. Don't hesitate to book a stay at Phong Nha Farmstay, it really is a gem of a place with comfortable fascilities, a fantastic vibe and great staff. Just the perfect base to both kick off after busy days of travelling and to explore Phong Nha. It might cost a bit more than other places in the region, but it's worth every VND. I ended up staying 3 nights and spent one of those days solely at the farmstay, just enjoying the pool + restaurant and a recommended 5km cycle tour in the valley. The last day I booked one of their easyriders for a tour to Paradise cave and the botanical garden. Can highly recommend! Also, make sure to join the morning walk in the village - it was such a good introduction to the area. My room was even nicer than the pictures (even though I apparently had the smallest room, not the suite as first booked). There are different themes available for dinner every night in addition to the excellent a la carte.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to give recommendations and make my stay more comfortable. The hotel was pristine, the room was large and had great amenities. I would highly recommend!

I stayed for three nights. Nice staff. I got a better room than I had booked. Cozy room. Swimming pool on the 9th floor, warm water, almost no people. Delicious food in the restaurant. The place is quiet during the day and at night. In the evening you can hear some music from the restaurant by the sea. It's a long way to the center, 10 minutes by taxi.

Staff were super helpful, delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed and nice bedroom with balcony. Conveniently, there is a bike hire opposite the hotel as well as many restaurants. Me and my wife stayed for 3 nights in a villa. In summary, Phong Nha Lake House Resort is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. - The staff at the front desk, restaurant and house keeping are great. - The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows are also very comfortable. - The scenery is amazing. It feels like you have your own private lake. - Wifi has good connection speed. - Breakfast is ok. The restaurant offers a good variaty of local and western food. The prices are quite reasonable. - My wife had massage in the spa center on time and she was happy about it. The price of the massage was also reasonable. - The hotel is a bit far from the Phong Nha town. You need to ride a bike, call a taxi or use Grab. The location may be a problem if you are looking for an accomodation in the town. Being by a beautiful lake, the location was just perfect for us.
