As the hotel is situated on the Stellenbosch Wine Route, guests can enjoy wine tastings, cellar tours, and vineyards walks. They can also relax in the hotel’s spa and wellness centre, or use the tennis court. An amazing last minute booking - room including seating area & large TV opened onto a patio overlooking the vineyard. Very clean and spacious. Complementary bottle of wine, breakfast and opportunity to visit the wine cellar & wine tasting were lovely extras. We eat at the restaurant in the evening - lovely 18 century Manor House conversion overlooking the lake - the meal was outstanding. Best find of our South Africa road trip.

Staff made it pleasant. Breakfast and dining staff was superb. Room spacious. Bathroom has a noise caused by shower water draining into the bath water outlet. I think these pipes are connected. Stunning setting. Truly impressed with the entire experience.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable beds. It was also very spacious. I did like the fact that our hosts prepared a breakfast pack for us as we left very early the following morning.

Everything about the place is beautiful from the antique design of the guest house to the artwork. The room is pleasant, bed was super comfortable. The breakfast is definitely a highlight, full buffet. Definitely recommend coming here to relax.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel like family and at home. The property is very well kept, clean, spacious and looks exactly as it does in the pictures! The gardens are gorgeous, colourful, relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day !
