We stayed here for two nights after spending 19 days driving around Namibia and wanted somewhere to relax and sort ourselves out before a long journey home. We didn't arrive until 2100 but it was no problem and the night managers were very welcoming. We were in the Diamond Grande Suite which is huge. Very comfortable lots of space for luggage, comfortable lounge sofa and chairs, large desk and a fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is an A la carte menu for for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great choices and wonderful food. The Bedford Centre mall is less than 10mins away and while the Villa offers a laundry service we went to Wizard of Wash Laundry at the Centre which has self service machines. Such a wonderful peaceful property.

The hotel is just gorgeous - beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The fountain by the swimming pool in the inner courtyard gives a haven-like feel. Super-comfortable king size bed, delicious dinner and breakfast, a wonderful view of the nature reserve lake, delightful staff. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed over the years. I will be back and will make sure to stay longer next time.
