Sanbona Wildlife Reserve is an authentic and contrasting natural space, conveniently located along Route 62, a mere 3.5 hours from Cape Town in the arid Little Karoo. We loved everything! Great location far away from everything Lovely staff Nice, clean et big room Attention to small details Good selection of wines Food was also good The early safari starts only at 8:00 (in Winter) which is nice so weather is not so cold Our guide was passionate and very kind

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The staff were absolutely wonderful – very friendly and attentive. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owners, who were incredibly kind and welcoming. The garden was beautifully designed, with lots of attention to detail. We especially appreciated the small signs identifying the different plants! We were also delighted to find roses in our room, a lovely and personal gesture that made our stay even more special. The food at the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast was excellent, and the service there was outstanding – the staff were super friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. It was great to sit in a pavilion outside in the morning. This hotel truly stands out for its attention to detail and warm hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

Mooiplaas Guesthouse is a luxury guest house situated on a working ostrich farm, within 11 km of Oudtshoorn. This guesthouse has a beautiful pool area with nice views. Upon entrance, there are ostriches (behind a fence) greeting you. The property lies next to a road, but there is almost no traffic, so it’s not disturbing. Staff is wonderful (especially Mr Superman John). If in Oudtshoorn, I would definitely recommend this stay, allowing you to do an ostrich farm tour on the property and to relax by the pool.

Karoo Retreat- Self Catering Villas and Guest House offers self-catering accommodation located in Oudtshoorn, within the Klein Karoo. It offers a plunge pool. The place was clean and tidy. I was warmly welcomed.

Το Mymering Wine & Guest Estate βρίσκεται στο Ladismith, σε μια κοιλάδα ανάμεσα σε αμπελώνες και διαθέτει πολυτελή δωμάτια, ορισμένα με τζάκι. The hospitality of the operations manager and her team was outstanding. Sincere and natural. The owners Penny and Andy are true hosts, interested in all guests and very good company. The guest estate is a well kept and manicured nestled in mountains within the vineyard. A pure gem. The guestrooms are situated in cottages scattered over the estate. Each have a great view, swimming pool and Braai Facilities. We spent a lot of time at the main house, in front of the fireplace where we enjoyed a superb wine tasting and fine dinner. We loved the estates Hillock wines and even purchased six bottles to enjoy back in Switzerland
