This is new boutique hotel, only five months old, so everything is new and fresh. Our room was a good size and looked over the main street. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was well equipped with a minibar, kettle and ironing board and iron. The bathroom was also a good size with a large shower. Breakfast was a good selection and well presented. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and helpful with local travel information. The manager even walked us to a local restuarant he recommended that we really enjoyed. There is parking available and if you arrive by bus, the terminus is less than ten minutes walk away. It is about twenty minutes walk "uphill" to the castle but you can also take the local bus up which stops a few minutes away from the hotel.... We really enjoyed our two night stay here.

A great hotel in the city center. Hospitality like I've never seen before! Guaranteed parking. The rooms are excellent, with new furniture. Super clean. The breakfast is good for the price paid! The hotel is in a quiet area and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. We had a large room with good wifi. Everything was clean. We appreciated that we had a private parking place in front of the door and we were in Gjirokastra in a few minutes by car. There is a very beautiful natural lake within walking distance where you can relax. Many benches around the lake invite you to linger. There is a newly built playground. We had a fantastic, varied breakfast with lots of fresh products every morning. In the evening, the owner prepared an excellent Albanian dinner for us. If you are looking for authentic Albanian accommodation with excellent Albanian food, this is the place for you. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank you for the friendly welcome.
