VietnamThe service was really helpful with our late arrival and early checkout. We had to change our arrival time on several occasions due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were patient and as helpful as you could get. Moreover, the room was warm and cosy when we arrived.

Great location for access to the city centre and cafes, restaurants. Could walk to the Botanical Gardens and lake if desired.
